Nikka Yoichi Discovery No Peated
A single malt that breaks with the tradition of the Yoichi distillery, which normally produces distinctly peaty versions, similar to those from the island of Islay. Double distillation in “Scotch-style” copper still, coal-fired direct-fire heating. This unpeated version has very malty, fruity and spicy notes reminiscent of the Speyside and Lowland regions of Scotland.
