The spress vineyard is located in the Marenza – Rivetta subzone of the municipality of Serralunga, The land arranged amphitheatrically covers 12 hectares with an altitude of 370 m above sea level
Vinification: fermentation from maceration for about three weeks followed by aging in wood for 30 months
The dark, mineral scents classic to the Serralunga terroir blend with the excellent fruit component: black cherry, goudron, truffle, rhubarb and licorice.
The palate shows consistency and fullness of body, dense and complex texture.
