Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Brut is one of the most representative cuvées of the Maison Jacquart, renowned for its modern and luminous style. Produced in the heart of the Champagne region, this sparkling wine embodies balance and harmony, with a perfect balance of freshness, fruit, and complexity.
The 150cl Magnum version amplifies its elegance and depth, ideal for moments of celebration or for a long evolution in the bottle.

🍇 Composition and vinification

This Brut d’assemblage is made from a blend of:

• 40% Chardonnay – for freshness and finesse,

• 35% Pinot Noir – for structure and intensity,

• 25% Pinot Meunier – for roundness and softness.

To these is added a percentage of reserve wines (25–35%), which guarantee continuity of style and aromatic complexity.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by complete malolactic fermentation for smoothness and balance.
The wine ages at least 3 years on the lees and remains 3 months in the cellar after disgorgement, to develop a mature and consistent aromatic profile.
