Laurent Perrier Alexandra Champagne Grande Cuvée Rosé Brut 2012 Cl 75 Wooden Box
Laurent-Perrier, author of a benchmark non-vintage rosé champagne, wanted to raise his standards to the development of a Grande Cuvée Rosé Millésimé.
Alexandra Rosé is a rare and sought-after wine that comes from a rigorous selection of the best plots, an exceptional marriage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Grands Crus.
The 2012 wine year was complicated by winter and then spring frosts, hail and fungal diseases, which affected yields, which were quite moderate. The dry and sunny summer allowed exceptional ripening of the grapes, which were harvested in perfect health.

Strict site selection for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes that have reached perfect ripeness.

A delicate pale salmon pink color. Persistence of very fine bubbles.
Complex nose with aromas of wild strawberries and red currant jam that evolves into notes of candied citrus.
Elegant and fine, this wine has great minerality. A tender, dry texture leads us to a lingering finish with the presence of red fruits.
