Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2006 Champagne cl 75
Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2006 is one harvest, one grape variety, one terroir: the blending of this cuvée is a work of great precision. Chardonnay grapes are selected exclusively from two legendary vineyards: the Bouron Leroi and Bouron du midi, located of the heart of the Côte des Blancs in the terroir of Cramant. These plots have been owned by Perrier-Jouët since the early 19th century, when founder Pierre-Nicolas Perrier understood their potential for producing the purest expression of Chardonnay in Champagne’s famous chalk lands. Their perfect exposure to the very first rays of the morning sun allows the Chardonnay grapes to ripen slowly and evenly each year.
