• Harvest: Hand-picked, beginning in mid-September, of overripe grapes on the vine to build a grape with a high and ripe sugar and polyphenol content
• Vinification: Energetic extraction forces come into play through the use of the traditional wine press to create musts loaded with color, high dry extracts and extreme marine flavor. Fermentations in cement, punctuated by continuous micro-oxygenations, which continue even in post-fermentation, preparing the wine for the encounter with alcohol, to initiate the first “act of giving DOC Marsala”

Technical Details:

• Geography of Ageing: 27 years. Matured in 16 hl barrels and then racked into oak barrel no. 630 from 18.5 hl. Finally, cradled in 300-liter barrels of fine oak, positioned 194 meters from the sea in the Garibaldi Winery, which tell of a winemaking vision called SD0294
• Alcohol Content: 18.5 percent vol (37 PROOF)
