2015 was an extraordinary year, celebrated for the recognition of Champagne as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. ☀️ Weather conditions: Mild, wet winter followed by a hot, dry summer. Rain in late August contributed to a perfect ripening of the grapes.
🍇 Grape characteristics: Juicy, ripe and concentrated fruit, ideal for capturing the essence of a spectacular vintage.

Tasting Notes

👁️ Color: Pink with bright, fresh reflections. ✨ Effervescence: Generous and slow. 👃 Bouquet: Intense Pinot noir with notes of citrus (Etna blood orange), red fruits (currants) and spices (camphor). Hints of honey and gingerbread emerge with aeration.
👅 Palate: Enveloping, juicy and concentrated. Dense and balanced structure, with spicy (camphor), smoky and iodine notes, accompanied by a sensation of Umami.
