The 2015 vintage is distinguished by a mild and wet winter, followed by a hot and dry summer, creating ideal conditions for the grapes to ripen. A lifesaving rain in the second half of August yielded juicy, ripe and concentrated clusters, resulting in a Champagne of great quality.

This Rosé is made through a long and gentle infusion of Pinot Noir, a process that extracts juiciness and ripeness while preserving saline freshness. Some of the Chardonnay juices are added to the Pinot Noir maceration, fermenting together for seamless and harmonious integration.
