That of the Fiasconaro family is a story that began in the 1950s in Castelbuono, in the small village in the center of the Madonie Park in Sicily, In fact from 1953 to the present day The brothers Fausto, Martino and Nicola have chosen to keep their legal and production headquarters in the small village in the province of Palermo, committing their hearts to this exciting adventure of Sicilian High Pastry.

For the Fiasconaro family, the most valuable resource in a strictly artisanal business is above all people; in fact, if the demand increases, the skilled workforce of women and men, engaged mainly in the workshops and in the various business functions, also grows.

A production cycle that is not mechanized, but only manual, where on all days of the year the rules and principles of the best pastry art reign , first of all first-rate ingredients and accuracy at every stage of processing, until the final packaging of the product.

DOVE WITH PISTACHIO CREAM SPREAD COVERED WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE AND PISTACHIOS WITHOUT CANDIED FRUIT.

INGREDIENTS: WHITE WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, fresh EGGS, white chocolate coating (10%)(sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract), yolk from fresh EGGS, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water, yeast), honey from Sicily, inverted sugar syrup, PISTACHO (Pistacia Vera) (2%), orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural vanilla flavor. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF OTHER NUTS AND LUPINE. Store in a cool, dry place.

PISTACHO CREAM – INGREDIENTS: sugar, PISTACHO (Pistacia Vera) (22%), vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural flavors, coloring agents (curcumin, copper chlorophyll), salt. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF OTHER NUTS AND/OR LUPINE. Do not store in the refrigerator. Keep away from heat sources.
