Clase Azul Plata Tequila
From superior tequila to unique and wonderfully handcrafted bottles, Tequila Clase Azul Plata is 100 percent authentic. In the picturesque Mexican town of Santa Maria Canchesda, more than 100 artisans devote their time to creating each bottle uniquely.
Processing
Clase Azul Plata tequila is made using only 100 percent Tequilana Weber Blue agave, the only type of agave among the 200 varieties that produce tequila. After harvesting, the agaves are baked in old-fashioned brick ovens for 72 hours.
Once cooked, the pinas are crushed to extract the juices, which are then mixed with a special proprietary yeast. The fermentation process begins, and finally, the alcohol is distilled twice with painstaking care to ensure the highest quality spirit.
The ultra-premium line of tequila is produced at one of the highest points in Los Altos, or the highlands, in the town of Jesus Maria in the Jalisco region. This results in a unique flavor profile.
