A traditional vermouth suitable for historical and modern blending. Not having juniper, angelica and other classic gin spices, it goes very well with a classic London Dry Gin. In great harmony with Bourbon or Rye Whiskey, for sweet, warm, herbaceous tones; also with a Brandy, also wine-based, or with herbaceous liqueurs; finally with traditional bitters.
The Americano is one of the cocktails that best highlights the characteristics of this product either in the classic recipe with two parts vermouth and one part bitter or one and one as suggested by famous Florentine bartender Luca Picchi. It is great ingredient for other mixing classics such as Martinez, Boulevardier, Negroni, Bronx, El Presidente, Hanky-Panky, and Manhattan. The most immediate use is with ice, rosemary sprig, and lemon or orange zest.
Vermouth is made exclusively from natural ingredients and alcohol.

Ingredients: natural botanicals, Italian white wine, 5% muscat must, alcohol and beet sugar
PRODUCTION
Maceration of botanicals in 96-degree alcohol for 30 days; pressing with obtaining dye; blending with wine, alcohol and burned beet sugar; maturation and aging in steel tank for 45-60 days; filtering and bottling; 30-45 days of further aging in bottle.
DESCRIPTION
Visual description: deep amber red color, clear and consistent.
Olfactory description: intense and complex, vinous, spicy and herbaceous; scents of laurel, rhubarb, gentian, vanilla and citrus zest.
Taste-olfactory description: fresh, sweet, alcoholic, savory; distinct notes of ginger, bay leaf, vanilla and rhubarb; long persistence
