L’Atelier dei Rum is a line dedicated to Mixology, the result of an unprecedented use of barrels, expertly orchestrated by Karine Lassalle, Maître de Chai J.M.
The different rums are born from the study of the multiple characteristics offered by the different juices, heating techniques, the type of wood and the size of the barrels; there are three assemblages, with exceptional exingular aromatic profiles, that form the range the “Atelier of Rums,” developed together with Joseph Akhavan (founder and head bartender of the well-known cocktail-bar Mabel in Paris)
Ages in wood for 3 years in French and American oak barrels of varying toast that contribute to the development of an intensely spicy flavor profile.
Sweet and appealing on notes of salted butter caramel and smoky notes when blended, the white rum character remains present with lime, cane flower, honey and anise.
Marked by the softness and volume of smoky notes, honey, anise and empyreumatic notes provide a nice texture.
